WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. President Barack Obama strongly condemned the attacks in Mumbai on Wednesday and offered support to bring the perpetrators to justice, according to a statement read by White House spokesman Jay Carney.
"The U.S. government continues to monitor the situation, including the safety and security of our citizens," the statement said after three bomb blasts killed at least 13 people in Mumbai.
The blasts was the biggest attack on India's financial capital since the 2008 assaults blamed on Pakistan-based militants.
